What is Naples Beach Yoga?

At Naples Beach Yoga, classes are for everyone and every body. We provide a high quality class to those looking for a yoga class to improve their physical and mental health.

At NBY we believe nature plays a role in our wellbeing, the sounds of the waves, the breeze on our faces and the morning birds singing and the dolphins playing are all part of our class. We start each class with a breathing exercise that will help us connect our mind and body.

We stretch, strengthen, work on flexibility, balance and release tension. We end each class with a most relaxing savasana as we melt into our mats. Our focus is on the community and providing a way for everyone to participate.

Let's do it! See you on your mat!

Fresh Cinnamon Rolls
Recipe of the Month

Best Ever Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients/Instructions:

  • 2 cups of milk heated in the microwave
  • 1/2 cup of butter (place this into the warm milk and allow it to melt) then allow the mixture to cool. Set aside.
  • Half a cup warm water mixed with 2 tablespoons of yeast and a half a teaspoon of sugar.
  • When the milk has cooled, combine the milk mixture with the yeast mixture. Then add a fourth a cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt, three eggs, and 6 to 7 cups of flour. Mix altogether.
  • Let the dough rise until it doubles about 1 to 2 hours.
  • Roll the dough out on a surface into a large rectangle.
  • Cover the dough with 4 tablespoons of melted butter. Then cover with 1.5 cups brown sugar, and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
  • Cut into 12 strips and roll them up and place them in a 9 x 13 pan.
  • Next add my secret ingredient, 3/4 cup heavy cream. Drizzle it on top of all of the cinnamon rolls. Let rise another 30-45 minutes.
  • Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, then cool.

Frosting: Combine 1/2 cup of butter, 3 cups powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons of vanilla, 1/4-1/2 cup heavy cream. Frost and enjoy!!!

* I used monk fruit sugar to decrease the insulin spikes. You can also use sourdough starter instead of yeast. These are so so so good. Give it a try and let me know how you like it.
